Projects begin only after the agreed payment is received. Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, branding materials, and feedback on time. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Any additional work outside the original project scope may require additional charges.

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed revision limit or project scope may incur additional fees.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website or project content created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Supply required content and materials.
• Review submitted work promptly.
• Ensure they have the rights to use all provided content, images, logos, and trademarks.

Some projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google services, or other software. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Unless covered under a maintenance plan, ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, and technical support are not included after project completion.

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation or specific business results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, fees may apply based on the work completed. Any refund, if applicable, will be determined at our discretion and in accordance with the project agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, payments are not made, or illegal or abusive activities are detected.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
